The project moves from an initial conversation and site inspection to a written quote, signed contract, deposit, scheduled work, and final review.

Aventin inspects the surfaces, confirms the project scope, takes measurements, and evaluates the required preparation.
A written quote is prepared based on the confirmed scope. Once approved, the contract is signed.
The required deposit is paid and the project is scheduled.
Required repairs, surface preparation, painting, decorative finishing, or custom work are completed.
The completed work is reviewed with the client. Any confirmed deficiencies are addressed before the project is closed and the remaining payment is completed.

For selected custom projects, VR-assisted sketching and visualization may be used to explore composition, scale, colour, and creative direction before work begins on the physical surface.
